Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Eugene Park, who had always considered himself an artist, decided to pursue a career in hair styling soon after high school. Park graduated from the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica in 2001 and after graduating, moved to San Francisco to work at Di Pietro Todd Salon for three years, continuing his Vidal Sassoon education. Eventually, his desire for continued inspiration led him to work for Kien Hoang and Michelle Givens at Umbrella Salon. Kien became his mentor, as he mastered the razor technique and grew his passion for hair. After visiting New York in 2005 to further his education at Bumble and Bumble, Park finally knew where he wanted to be. Joining the Whittemore House team in 2011, Park is excited to be working with Larry Raspanti, Victoria Hunter and Coby Alcantor, such well respected figures in the industry.

During his 10 years as a stylist, Park has had the opportunity to been involved in many photo shoots, fashion shows and backstage work. Inspired by music, fashion and the people around him, Park hopes that he, along with the team at Whittemore will continue to revolutionize the art of hair.
